Wild: 43-20-6 (23-9-1 H)
When: 7:00 PM ET, Saturday, March 18, 2017

Goalie Henrik Lundqvist is out for a few weeks with an injured hip and the Rangers are struggling to find wins. The team is 1-2-1 with Antti Raanta assuming the starting reigns and now they’ll play a back to back after losing 4-3 in a shootout on Friday night to Florida.
Next up is a trip to Minnesota to face a Wild team that is all of a sudden struggling for wins of their own. They were one of the dominant teams in the league for three solid months, but March has not been kind.
They had the best record in the NHL from December through February going 29-6-3. But they have the third worst record in March with their 2-6-0 record. Goal scoring has been the issue in those eight games as they’ve managed just 17 goals.
The result is that they’ve squandered their lead in the Central Division with Chicago now on top.
A home game against the Rangers should be a great challenge, but definitely the kind of game they need to relieve some of the pressure.
